Spectrum of a Spirit

Explore the full range of one spirit—and how its many voices shape the cocktails we love. This guided tasting series is a deep dive into 10 variations of a single spirit (i.e. Gin, Rum, Whiskey, etc...). By the end of the night, you will have tasted a significant portion of the spectrum of that spirit from the bold to the delicate, and the traditional to the experimental. Along the way, we’ll uncover how those differences influence the drinks they’re used in—how a malty gin softens a sour, or a barrel-aged rum brings warmth to a stirred classic. It’s part tasting, part education, and all about expanding your flavor knowledge—and your cocktail confidence.

We will be adding more offerings as we develop them, but if there is one in particular you would love to have an event focused on contact us to discuss that possibility. We are always looking to increase our offerings, so suggestions are highly welcomed.

• Gin: $75/person; (for party of 8 or more only $65/person)
