This isn’t your standard Old Fashioned tasting. Using a single whiskey base, we’ll build multiple variations of the same cocktail, adjusting the dials on flavor through a curated mix of bitters and syrups. From the leathery depth of tobacco bitters to the brightness of blood orange, and from rich simple to split-ratio demerara blends, you’ll see how each element shifts the cocktail's balance, texture, and mood.
We’ll also explore the impact of smoke—how its presence can add complexity, contrast, or theatrical flair. Perfect for those seeking to refine their palate and deepen their cocktail craft.
Private Booking: All booked events are exclusive to your group only.
21+ Event: All group members must be 21 or older.

Event Mixologist (Us) Provides: All beverages, glassware, printed guides, and facilitates the full event.
Host (You) Provides: It is recommended that the host provide additional food or snacks for the guests.
